I admit I waited 20 seconds for this man and blue to walk into frame.  20 seconds before I missed capturing a young lady walking past me.  I was only giving the shot about a minute.

I  rang  Mrs. Wong to congratulate her on her project finally going forward after literally years of red tape.

Meanwhile I noticed the guy in blue was still standing there and he was filming me. He said he has been instructed to keep tabs on who is keeping tabs on him.

Normally when I meet a civic employee I think him or her for their service.  I probably met this guy before.

Also I may not of reported here I was giving a citation a moving violation so to speak even though I was stopped at a stop light at Lytton and Ramona blocks from my house having answered my phone to say I can’t talk right now I’m in my car. A man on a bicycle rapped on my window and pulled me over and wrote me up.  Last fall.  I mention this to Jim Keene the city manager at the time and he said he would talk to the chief agreeing with me this is a silly way to increase Public Safety .

I ended up paying the ticket because my wife interceded and did not want me to fight

Also made me think about Nancy Peacock the painter I made it to Big Sur jazz festival when Ray was there circa 2000 and I bought a painting a very abstract line painting of Roy Hargrove black paint on red background I presume it’s in my flat files
