No, it’s cool; I do it too. But when I first started producing concerts in 1994, which was before we had cell phones, with video, I banned recording devices from the shows on the grounds that a, I wanted people to experience the gig with their own senses in real time, and b, I didn’t like people being blocked in their view.
But, yeah, I do it too. I try to follow the “three songs rule” however.
